How do I receive a refund of my iPad app purchase, via the App Store?

App purchases and In-App-Purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately, we are not able to process any refunds or recover previously purchased in-app purchase. All purchases take place in the App Store and we do not have access to third-party billing, transactions, or user accounts. 

  • However, you may be able to request a refund via the App Store, if your request reason falls within their store policies.
